In-Depth Assessment

During an initial consultation with me, you can expect a comprehensive and personalized approach to your health. The session typically includes:

  • A detailed discussion of your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms

  • Pulse and tongue analysis to assess balance and well-being

  • Gentle palpation using acupressure to identify energy imbalances

  • A personalized plan tailored to your health goals, provided in your next session.

  • Price : $115 for 1 hour and 30 minute session

Tongue & Pulse

Pulse and tongue analysis is one of the tools I use to assess your health. This practice, historically utilized by early medical doctors and rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), involves observing key indicators to evaluate your body’s overall balance, energy flow (Qi), and the energy of your internal organs. It helps identify imbalances and provides valuable insights into your overall well-being.

Gentle Palpation

I use acupressure as a hands-on method to assess the energy flow (Qi) in specific organs or meridians, checking for balance or areas of stagnation. By gently pressing on certain points, I can evaluate the body's response and perform live acupressure during the session, allowing you to experience results firsthand.

Personalized Plan

After gathering all the information during the initial consultation, I take the time to thoroughly analyze your assessments to create a comprehensive and personalized plan tailored to your health goals. This plan will be presented during your next session.

Initial Consult

Can't make it in person or live far away? Book an online session with me! During the session, I'll ask a series of questions, request a picture of your tongue taken in natural lighting or a well-lit room, and payment can be made in advance online.

Grow Your Vision

It’s important to note that achieving meaningful and lasting results often requires more than

one session. Just like a seed needs a plan before being planted, along with consistent maintenance—sun, water, and protection from the wind—your health journey also requires nurturing and regular care.

Regular follow-up sessions allow us to monitor your progress, make adjustments, and provide ongoing support as we work together toward your goals.

FAQ

1 /Do you offer insurance receipts ? Which ones? Yes, I do. I am recognized by the RITMA association as both a Massage Therapist and a Naturopath. Therefore, I can provide receipts for massage therapy and naturopathy.

2 / What is the difference between online and in person session? **Online Consultation -Conducted via video call from the comfort of your home. -Includes a detailed health assessment and a request of a picture of your tongue taken in natural lighting or a well-lit room, -Payment is made online in advance. **In-Person Consultation -Includes everything from the online session, plus hands-on assessments like palpation, pulse reading, and acupressure. -Offers a more interactive and immediate approach. **Both provide personalized care, but in-person sessions allow for deeper, hands-on assessment and treatment.

3/What is a role of a naturopath? A naturopath supports your body’s natural ability to heal using holistic methods such as herbs, diet, and supplements. Naturopathy is best suited for those seeking preventative care and a natural approach to maintaining their health. What sets me apart is that I incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine to identify imbalances in your body and help restore it to a state of homeostasis. Please note, I am not a doctor. If you have a serious condition or something beyond my scope, I recommend seeking medical attention.

4/How long have you been a naturopath? I have been a practicing naturopath since 2023, but my journey in health and wellness began much earlier. Since 2016, I’ve been supporting individuals while working at Fleur Sauvage, a health food store. In 2021, I began privately consulting as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Dietetics practitioner. My experience has been enriched by my deep passion for helping others and my dedication to complimentary medicine. My approach focuses on addressing the root causes of your concerns while promoting prevention and fostering long-term goals.

5/What is your background or education? I have been a practicing naturopath since 2021, and this work is truly my passion. My approach is holistic, addressing the root causes of your concerns while promoting prevention and long-term wellness.

6/How long before I see results with your plan or program? As a naturopath, I focus on creating personalized programs that address your specific needs, so the timeline for seeing results can vary from person to person. Generally, you may start to notice subtle changes—like improved energy levels, better digestion, or reduced discomfort—within the first couple of weeks, especially if you’re consistent with the recommendations. More significant, lasting changes, such as hormonal balance, reduced inflammation, or enhanced immunity, often take a few months as your body adjusts and heals. Remember, this is a gradual process, as we’re working to address the root cause of your concerns rather than just masking symptoms. Consistency and communication are key, so feel free to share any progress or questions along the way!
